When I caught a glimpse of the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 show this morning, I actually had to cover my mouth to stop myself from screaming. This is not a joke. I nearly DIED at what first caught my attention - the eye-watering, jaw-dropping, unimaginably delicate and perfectly innocent set design. Insert a one-of-a-kind Louis Vuitton carousel and you are basically asking for a room full of teary-eyed editors, bloggers, what have you. I hope each seat was equipped with tissue boxes... I don't really know what else to say except a) how many tickets do I need to ride that carousel and b) just see for yourself below.
And of course, what would a post be without a comment or two about the clothes. While there is not much to say aside from SPECTACULAR, there are a couple of things I should share. Firstly, I would like to note that my love for collars is now on steroids thanks to this collection. Additionally, each coat is so inexplicably amazing I don't know what to do with myself. The textures, fabrics, and colours portrayed in this collection are absolutely divine and leave me gasping for air. Also, Kate Moss closed the show. That is all.
